I have been personally involved with the Mereon work since 1998 and have seen and experienced the transformative power of Mereon.

I brought the Mereon principles into Devansoy in 2006, when the process was first articulated. My knowing was based on my experience, understanding that cultivating bonds and positive communication with all internal team members was imperative for sustaining healthy relationships with team members, our customers, suppliers and the community. The process helps us identify our market, keep our commitment of minimizing our impact on the environment, and realizing fair profits while providing the best in product and service.
