A Logo for Realationship

It’s time to stop the whyning. It is time for the generations bred and fed on attitudes such as, “Me first,’, ‘Gimme, gimme, gimme,’, ‘either/or’, ‘black and white’, and ‘us vs. them’ to see that such arrogances have not served anyone well. All we have to do is look around, and it is painfully easy to see how they have placed civilization with one foot over the edge. While the very few attend their shrines on the top floors found at the top of the Avenues, the Shoppers on Main Street are on their knees. Those at the end of the road are laid low, face down on hungry bellies and deprived of clean water.
Our planet is experiencing the consequences of poor decisions. The roads taken or paths we allowed ourselves to be led down in the 20th Century have led to the crises we are going through today. Unless we change now, the regression will continue. More often than not the taproot of chaos is buried deep in the loam of a flawed, unilateral and autocratic decision-taking process. Positive transformation on the other hand is driven by realistic goals, conscious and mindful resolution taking history and the future into account. Such a process is inclusive, timely, and coherent, leading to wise decision making.
Social evolution requires that individuals understand and accept that the old notion of the ‘status-quo’ got up and left a long time ago. The idea that 'more, bigger, better' is best, is obsolete. As tidal waves of change continue to sweep the planet, treading water and paddling in denial are longer viable survival techniques.
The timing for Mereon to be shared is ripe, if not auspicious.
Those involved in this work are not alone in either our frustration or our hope. When one person makes a turn for positive change, constructive and beneficial changes begin. When a sufficient number of individuals within any shared context change —a family, an organization, or a society— their environment changes as well. Thriving mandates are values-based, transformation occurring from inside out, scaling naturally, and, exponentially. This means that when a critical point is reached, a true tipping point, the nattering talk ends, and a new walk begins. At this time the scales do more than tip; they will flip.
For relationships to thrive, common ground must be found. However, Mereon, akin to a map, shows how and why we cannot afford to confuse such common ground with the territory. Mereon presents a natural, sequential process used by Nature. As such it is a powerful method that can naturally lead each of us to the best answer available in any given moment. When this logic is applied to relationship —self-to-self, or self-to-other— meaningful results arise that are qualitative, quantitative, and measurable.
This knowledge gives us an opportunity to reconsider what we think we know regarding why and how everything that works, works. Mereon is a powerful exemplar about why diversity is essential for unity to be realized. The time for this work to be applied and further explored is now.
